Abstract Submission Guidelines
We warmly invite researchers, professionals, and students to submit their abstract for consideration in our upcoming conference. All abstracts must comply with the following submission requirements to ensure uniformity and facilitate the review process.
· All abstracts must be written in English using clear and concise language.
· The content of the abstract must not exceed 350 words in total.
· Authors must use the official Abstract Template provided. Abstracts submitted in any other format will not be accepted.
· Authors must select and tick the most appropriate project cluster(s) listed in the template. If the topic does not fall into any of the listed categories, authors may select "Other" and provide a description.
· A list of up to five (5) authors, including the team leader, must be included in the submission. Each entry must contain the full name and email address of the author.
· The abstract must include between three (3) to five (5) keywords that best describe the content of the work.
· Abstracts must be submitted in Microsoft Word format only.
Full Article Submission Guidelines
Authors whose abstracts have been accepted will be invited to submit a full article for inclusion in the conference proceedings. To maintain consistency and high standards of quality, all authors must adhere to the following guidelines:
· The manuscript must be written in English and submitted in Microsoft Word format only.
· Authors must use the official Article Template provided. Submissions that do not conform to the template will be returned for correction.
· The article should be between eight (8) to twelve (12) pages in length, including figures, tables, and references.
· All figures and tables must be embedded within the main body of the text. Each figure and table should be clearly labelled and numbered sequentially. Figures must be of high quality with a resolution of at least 300 DPI.
· All equations should be written using MathType, numbered appropriately, and placed within the main text.
· References must follow IEEE style format
· Authors must not modify the page layout, margins, or predefined styles in the template.
