EXHIBITION ENTRY GUIDELINES

Abstract Submission Guidelines

Welcome to i-RITEC 2025! Join us in showcasing your ideas and innovations in TVET, engineering, science and technology. This exhibition is open to a wide range of participants from Malaysia and around the world. Kindly take note of the following participation guidelines:

This exhibition is open to local and international participants, including:

• Public and Private Higher Education Institutions (IPTA/IPTS)

• TVET Institutions

• Industry Representatives

• International Participants

• Malaysian Schools

Entries can be submitted individually or in groups. A maximum of FIVE (5) members is allowed per group (including the team leader).

Participants may register under the following categories:

• Fundamental

• Innovation

• Commercialization

• Young Inventor (TVET Institutions other than IPTA/IPTS)

• School (Malaysian school only)

Notification of acceptance will be announced via email from 25 July to 5 August 2025.

Participants may also register for the Innovation Workshop, available either physically or online.

Full Submission Guidelines

All accepted participants are required to submit the following documents:

• Project summary

• Presentation video (recording)

• Poster design

• Virtual booth materials

• Copyright agreement form

• Extended Abstract

All submissions must follow the guidelines and templates provided in the acceptance email.

All required materials must be submitted no later than 31 August 2025. The submission link will be included in the acceptance email.

Judging will take place from 16 to 23 October 2025. The judges' decision is final, and no appeals will be considered.
